1. Acceptance
By entering this promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Condition
2. Promotional Period
The promotion begins at 12:00am (AWST) on 1 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AWST) on 30 June 2025.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible, entrants must:
Be residents of Western Australia (WA); and
Have received a SLSWA newsletter or the SLSWA Tax Appeal communication during the promotional period; and
Make a donation of $2.00 AUD or more (either online at slsmissionzero.com.au or via offline methods) between the promotional period.
4. Entries
Each qualifying donation equals one entry into the draw. Multiple donations are permitted and will result in multiple entries. Entries are deemed received at the time the donation is recorded by the Promoter’s systems, not at the time of transaction submission by the entrant.
5. Prize Details
There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of an AmpolCash gift card valued at $100.00 AUD.
6. Prize Draw
Winners will be selected randomly using a digital draw platform on 10 July 2025. All valid entries received during the promotional period will be included.
7. Notification of Winners
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners via the contact information provided at the time of donation. If a prize remains unclaimed after 10 business days, a redraw may be conducted.
8. Winner Publication
Winners' surnames, first initials and State/Territory or postcode of residence may be published online and/or in marketing materials in accordance with privacy laws.
9. Exclusions
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, de facto, parent, child or sibling) are not eligible to enter.
10. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, residency and eligibility of entrants. If a winner cannot provide proof of eligibility, the prize may be forfeited.
11. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prizes are awarded “as is” and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize issuer.
