Following this year's fundraising appeal, we're inviting all registered clubs to share their experience and insights.

Your feedback will directly inform how we improve the appeal, stregthen support, and help clubs raise even more in 2027.

Terms & Conditions - Red & Yellow Day survey incentive

  1. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Surf Life Saving clubs that registered to participate in the Red & Yellow Day Appeal survey. Only one entry per club.
  2. How to enter
    To enter, clubs must complete and submit the Red & Yellow Day survey in full by XXX date.
  3. Promotion Period
    The survey and entry period opens on XXX date and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on XXX date.
  4. Prize
    Eligible clubs will go into the draw to win one (1) Red & Yellow Day merchanise pack for use in the 2027 campaign. The content of merchandise pack will be determined by the promoter.
  5. Draw & Notification
    The draw will take place within 5 business days of the survey closing date. The winning club will be notified via email using the contact details provided in the survey.
  6. Prize Conditions
    The prize is not transferable, exchangable, or redeemable for cash. 
  7. General
    By completing the survey, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
